**Club delegates for certification must be registered in the Lions Portal and clubs must be in good standing (LCI, MD4, and District Dues) by April 17, 2026 in order to vote (NO exceptions please).

**Cut off for meals is April 18, 2026

**You may register after the cut off; however, meals will not be available

**No refunds after April 18, 2026

**Hotel reservations are separate

Rates: 2 Queen Beds $90.00, Single King Bed $90.00 (14.20% hotel tax per room per night

Reservation Method: Rooming list (deadline on or before 4/15/2026). Individuals should call (559) 252-3611 to make reservations and mention the Lions District Code 042426ZZL.

Check-in time is 3:00 PM, check-out time is 11:00 AM (arrangements can be made to hold luggage through the front desk)
